Crocs Feel It All turns KL Rahul’s feed into festive style

Crocs India's social-first Feel It All film uses KL Rahul's feed as a dhoom scroll through four festive personalities and the brand's holiday capsule.

The hook

The film opens inside KL Rahul’s social feed, and the first three seconds trade on a familiar gesture: the swipe. Before any product takes centre stage, the motion tells viewers they are about to move between worlds, not watch a static endorsement. It is a small piece of misdirection that makes the next cut feel earned rather than expected.

The structure of the film

Crocs India has built the film as what the team calls a “dhoom scroll”. Rahul’s feed works as a gateway. Every swipe introduces a new setting and personality: actor Dalip Tahil, creators Rida Tharana and Prish, and bodyguard Amin Khan each represent a different way of celebrating the season.

From there the narrative moves from the digital world into real-life interactions, with the focus landing on spending time with people during the festive season. An original soundtrack by Mikey McCleary carries the transitions and keeps the energy moving.

The idea and the brief behind it

The campaign runs under Crocs’ global “Feel It All” platform. For India, the team used the festive season to explore celebration, self-expression and personal style. Varun Sehgal, SVP and general manager, APAC at Crocs, described the festive season as both a key business moment and an expression of culture, identity and individuality. The goal, he said, was to celebrate the different ways people show up and give consumers fresh styling cues to make Crocs part of their celebrations.

KL Rahul, Crocs’ global brand ambassador, said the project was fun because he usually stays out of the spotlight. The more interesting part for him was discovering how Crocs and Jibbitz charms work with festive looks, including elevated outfits.

Nirzery Iswalkar, group creative head at One Hand Clap, explained that the idea was to make the celebration feel as varied and unpredictable as the people in it. The feed, the team felt, was the perfect device to move between worlds while keeping the film playful; Crocs is the thread that ties it together.

Where it is running

The campaign is rolling out across digital, social, influencer and retail channels. It includes creator collaborations, festive gifting and in-store experiences. The product focus is the festive capsule collection, with the Classic Ballet silhouette and Saturday Sandal styled with Jibbitz charms.

Steal this

Three moves a smaller brand can reuse from the film.

  • Make the feed the storyboard. A simple swipe can carry the narrative, so each cut introduces a new use case without needing a voiceover to explain it.
  • Cast for range, not reach. Pair a known face with creators and unconventional characters to show the product fitting different personalities and occasions.
  • Sell styling, not specs. Lead with Jibbitz charms and outfit combinations so the footwear becomes a canvas for identity, not a comfort claim.
